Please include your location, a description of the collection, the reason for the appraisal and the quantity of items needed to be included.

Elyse works as quickly and efficiently as possible to keep cost down and her reports are written to the IRS standards and meet the criteria for all Insurance companies and replacement values.

Elyse utilizes a special database program for our appraisal clients and camera that links the photographs taken to reduce the time charged to our clients.

All reports are converted to PDF files and e-mailed to client and if they request a printed copy then charges for printing and mailing apply and are sent Priority mail with delivery confirmation charges.
